The following outlines tuition and enrollment fees for the 2025–2026 academic year at The Imani School. When setting our tuition, the school carefully considers the needs of our families and the needs of the school to expand programming and attract and retain the best teachers and administrators. Continuous Enrollment: Returning families remain enrolled each year unless changes are submitted in writing by the stated deadline.

Tuition Payment Options
- Full tuition payment receives a 4% discount.
- Semi-Annual Plan: two installments (August and January).
- Monthly Plan: 10 monthly installments (August through May).
- Monthly installments are paid to FACTS Tuition Management Services on the 5th and/or 20th of each month via automatic deduction from a checking or savings account. FACTS assesses a $55.00 annual financing fee.
- Families unable to establish a FACTS account are required to make a deposit equal to the last month’s tuition.
Additional Fees
- Field trips, athletic fees, and other items are invoiced separately as needed.
- Imani provides a nutritious lunch for all students. Students in K–8 may bring their lunch or purchase lunches in advance (online only). Preschool breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are provided and included in tuition.
- Fundraising helps to contain tuition costs and benefits every student. Each family is expected to participate in school fundraising. If you choose to opt out, a $300 fee per student will be added to your account.
General Financial Information
- All fees and tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Enrollment at Imani denotes an intent to remain for the entire school year. In the event of early withdrawal, parents are responsible for tuition for the full school year.
- Late payments incur a $50 fee.
- Accounts in arrears without a written arrangement with the Business Manager may result in held report cards and restriction from extracurricular activities. All accounts must be cleared prior to any records being released.
- Fees help cover the cost of textbooks, consumable workbooks, technology, supplemental programs, and other classroom materials essential to your child’s education.

Extended Day Policy
- Families should sign up in advance to reserve a child’s spot. Students not enrolled incur a $25 per hour charge.
- Students not picked up by 6:00 p.m. incur a $50 per 30 minutes late-day fee.
