Continuous Enrollment Agreement

A simpler, family-friendly way to stay enrolled at The Imani School.

I agree to the terms of the Continuous Enrollment Agreement as outlined below. From the time of admission, I understand that my child will be considered enrolled at The Imani School through the eighth grade unless otherwise notified in writing by a parent or guardian.

  • FEB
    1st week

    Continuous Enrollment starts in February. Each student’s registration fees are posted to the family account during the first week of February for the following academic year.

  • MAR 15

    $500 registration fee is automatically billed in three equal installments of $166.67 on March 15, April 20, and May 15.

  • MAR 19

    Any changes to enrollment plans must be submitted to the office in writing by March 19. Important deadline

Registration Policy & Exceptions

Registration fees are nonrefundable and non-transferable. Families may also pay the registration fee through the Family Portal.

Exceptions (no penalty after deadline) may apply in unique circumstances such as:

  • Educational needs for the student that can no longer be met at The Imani School, as determined by the Imani School administrative team
  • Dis-enrollment at the request of The Imani School
  • Other circumstances as approved by the Administration
