Nourishing Greatness

At The Imani School, we believe caring for the whole child includes what we put on their plate. Our dining program brings students fresh, wholesome food that tastes good, feels familiar, and provides real variety.

We emphasize whole ingredients, balanced meals and real choices—including multiple entrée options and a fresh salad station prepared to each student’s preference.

Fresh Food. Close to Home.

We believe children should know where their food comes from. That’s why we incorporate fresh, seasonal produce sourced from local farms—with some vegetables grown right here in The Imani School’s own garden.

Our Fresh Start Mondays celebrate what’s in season, giving students opportunities to experience different vegetables throughout the year while connecting the food on their plates to the world around them.

Food Kids Actually Want to Eat

Healthy doesn’t have to mean unfamiliar. Our meals combine nutritious choices with the flavors and foods our students know and enjoy—from baked chicken, fish and fresh vegetables to collard greens, black-eyed peas and other comforting favorites.

Because at Imani, good nutrition is about balance, variety and helping children build a healthy relationship with food.

And yes, Friday is Pizza Day.

Good food fuels great minds.
