Welcome to May, the month dedicated to Mental Health Awareness! This month-long observance is an opportunity to raise awareness and promote education about mental health, reduce stigma, and encourage individuals to prioritize their mental well-being. Mental health is a critical aspect of our overall health and well-being, and it is essential to take care of our mental health just as we take care of our physical health. Throughout this month, we will be highlighting the importance of mental health, sharing resources and information, and encouraging open conversations about mental health. Let us come together to support each other and promote mental health awareness. During the month of May, students, teachers and administrators are asked to wear green and create a “mental note” on a green sticky that will be displayed in designated areas throughout the campus.
