While some students struggle to learn a foreign language, Imani alumna Destiney Taylor earned national honors and a scholarship from her school Incarnate Word Academy for her academic prowess in Spanish.
IWA bestowed a Spanish scholarship and other accolades on Destiney at an Awards Banquet on May 2. IWA notified Destiney that she earned an Honorable Mention on the National Spanish Exam because of her high score. Way to go Destiney! Or should we say, "¡Felicitaciones!"
