Mathletes peak at ACSI competition
Winter 2010 was an excellent season for American athletes.
In the Vancouver Olympics, Americans struck gold repeatedly. Here in Houston, our very own Imani student athletes captured four Superior and five Excellent ratings at the ACSI Math Olympics.
Mrs. A. Willis and Mr. Henderson prepared their team of math scholars who competed valiantly. Our pupils earned the right to participate in the district ACSI Math Olympics meet by taking a test at Imani and scoring higher than students at other schools. Congratulations to our Math Olympians!
