Chess Team Wins 1st Place!
The Imani Golden Knights Chess Team laid claim to another chess victory!
At the 19th Klein High School Winter Scholastic Chess Tournament, sponsored by the Houston Chess Association, the Imani chess team tied for 1st place with the Village School in the elementary school division. Seventy (70) elementary schools participated in this tournament.
Individual honors were awarded to:
Dylan Salters - 1st Place (Champion in his section)
Christon Gadison - Tied for 2nd Place
Caleb Cavanaugh - Tied for 5th Place
Ashton Willis - Tied for 5th Place
