Haute Style!
This spring, Imani students lit up the runway in our first "Scholars Learning In Style" Fashion Show and Luncheon.
The chic affair took place at Houston's premier fashion center, The Galleria. The Fashion Show served as a fundraiser for grades pre-k through 2 to increase technology in the classroom. Proceeds from the event will go toward purchasing interactive SmartBoards that allow students to engage in hands-on activities and transform classroom learning into 2D.
Parents and visitors were hipped to the latest trends, from rugged western wear to ubercool casual threads, while dining on a fabulous lunch. It was the must see event of Spring!
Congratulations to all participants, Mrs. Gadison and Mrs. Wilson for putting on an excellent show. A special thanks is extended to Ms. Cheronda Harrell for emceeing the event and to Mrs. Patricia Williams, Head of School, for your guidance and support!
