Gentlemen and Gentlewomen of Imani descended upon the Renaissance Festival!
Students in grades 4-8 from The Imani School went medieval.
Students travelled to Plantersville, TX to visit the annual Texas Renaissance Festival. This fun and educational field experience was organized by English Literature teacher Mrs. Williams.
Students will get to see, hear and taste what living in Europe was like during the Middle Ages. This trip corresponds to the unit students are learning about Shakespeare and the Elizabethan era in middle school and the play "Macbeth" in fourth grade.
