Congrats to the Imani Angels Boys’ Basketball Team for a super season lead by Coach Morris. The Imani Angels Basketball team, with a season of 11-2, arose to the challenge and blasted St. James in the Tip Off Classic Tournament, defeating them 71 to 50, in the St. Pius Championship Game. The whole team worked together to accomplish this great victory. The Angels accepted an invitation to participate in the Cornerstone Warrior Classic State Tournament in San Antonio, Texas. The Angels represented The Imani School well, placing 2nd in the entire tournament. Kelvin Jackquet and Ken Williams made “All Tournament.” Currently, the team is still undefeated in their conference (WHCAC) and the #1 seed in the playoffs! We are looking to win the WHCAC Championship for the second year in a row! Way to go Imani Angels Basketball!!!
